Cynthia Henriquez's Profile

Looking for a real estate agent in South Metro Atlanta who actually answers, actually cares, and actually gets you? You just found her.

I’m Cynthia Henriquez, a REALTOR® serving South Metro Atlanta, including Newnan, Peachtree City, and Fayetteville.

I don’t just help people buy and sell homes—I help them move through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.

After relocating from Florida to Georgia with my family, I understand what it feels like to start over somewhere new. That experience shaped how I show up for my clients: attentive, proactive, and always in your corner.

I’m big on communication, real guidance (not pressure), and making sure you feel supported from start to finish. When things get stressful, I’m the calm in the process—keeping everything moving while protecting your best interests.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m here to make sure you feel understood, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.
